Just got an update from my dealer. The seat repairs are taking more time than they expected, and the car won't be ready until next week.

The service manager did see the misalignment of the rear bumper cover/tail light, in fact she said it was obvious once it was pointed out, and their body shop will fix it. Still not sure how to deal with the sagging sunroof screen, but it will be fixed. They are focusing on the seats for now, and all other repairs will follow.

She was not aware of the new passenger seat bottom repair kit, but will check on it today. If they can get it soon, they'll keep the car there until they can install it.

Sounds like you have a good dealer Stan that is really trying to do right by you. It's no surprise that first repairs to upholstery will take longer as they perfect technique while taking care of the cars interior.
