Did you guys try to do any negotiation with Marc Rose at all or was he firm on the price he quoted ?

 

I think that is the nice thing about talking to him, you really don't need to negotiate... he is going rock bottom. He came in way lower than the number that I was given by my dealer.

 

I purchased my 15 CLS550 last year and passed on the maintenance warranty because the price was too high. After reading all the positive reviews about Marc, I reached out to him and was able to get s great deal on a 4 year plan.

I just purchased the extended warranty from Marc, yesterday for my new 2016 C300 Sport. It couldn't have been simpler and he was as everyone has posted, extremely responsive and fun to work with!

 

I have an extended warranty on my 2009 C300 and wish to extend it another year.. does anyone know if that is possible while still covered under and existing extended MBUSA warranty?

Is it normally possible to further-extend upon expiry of the standard 2-year warranty? Say add 3 extra years after 2 years.

Getting any CA dealer to return calls or e-mails is almost impossible. CA has best extended prices because they are not regulated on price as all other states are.

 

I'd support texting or giving Marc a call as well. Truly great to work with. Wife and I bought our first Benz last month and got our warranties from him. Ended up getting a 2 year extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, and tire/wheel package (our roads are terrible).

Marc is great. I too purchased an extended warranty from him. I did research before purchasing as at the time I wasn't fully informed, but I can say with confidence now Marc Rose is the man to talk to. If anyone is considering an extended warranty or maintenance plan I highly recommend giving him a call- you won't regret it.
