A and B Services 0n a 2015 C300
My maintenance book looks like it calls for an air filter and spark plug change at 46,500 miles/3 years, transmission fluid and filter change at 77,500 miles/5 years, and fuel filter and coolant change at 124,000 miles/10 years. This seem correct? Anything I missed?
Service A: $309.88
Service B: $654.00
I believe the MBUSA.com sites quotes the 4 year Service Plan at $1275. If so, that would be an approximate savings of $652.76 by paying up front.
Is that $1275 a realistic price? Has anyone gotten the plans discounted?

I also purchased an extended warranty, which I don't think would be affected as long as I keep maintenance receipts.

I told the finance guy I didn't want any extras, like paint protection and all that. But after he explained about the lease and prepaid maintenance it made complete sense to add it.
If you have the prepaid maintenance plan, does it cover the additional items (say the tranny oil change) due at that milestone? Or do you just get the basic A or B service, and pay extra for the additional required work.
Edit: Did some research. The w205 has the 722.9 Plus. They changed the fluid specs when they added stop/start, hence the difference in the schedule to change the tranny fluid vs the w204.

It's been a long time since I changed the oil on my own car. It was as simple as unscrewing a drain plug in the oil pan, and removing the filter.
My understanding is that by law, the warranty cannot be voided if you show proof that the service was done.

The total cost was $581.19.
Itemized as follows:
All filters and checks for B service: $220 labor, $134.07 parts
Renewing brake fluid: $132 labor, $19.21 parts
Shop Supplies used: $25
Tax was also included into my total at $50.91 but will vary depending on region. Sometimes shop supplies are included in labor costs as well but not in my case and generally not for dealership services.
