Does anyone know if Comand Online sat nav display's actually key buildings in 3d?

Drove pass some land marks buildings yesterday thought it would come up but it didn't.

I've yet to drive into the city in the Merc, which is the only place my BMW shows landmark buildings. Once I do I'll report back.

Yes it does, I've driven into sheffield and it's 3D in the centre, also even though it's back to 2D on the outskirts of both Sheffield and Manchester, Hillsborough and Old Trafford were actual 3D likenesses of the stadiums, pretty cool 😊

Its not down to the system, its down to the tom-tom data. 3D is usually restricted to large cities and points of interest.

The 3D depiction only shows on the smaller scales (ie 20m or 50m) according to the manual - if the zoom is out further it is just 2D.

Yup that is correct.

Heres a shot of mine, in Perth, Western Australia ... looks like a game of Sims haha although mine works in the more places than the city... suburban shopping centres etc also show in 3D
