C450 AMG Sport Order Guide and "What's new" - MB Canada
This was released a few days ago - it's the what's different in the C450 document that dealers received earlier this week. This is Canadian-specific but should still be interesting for you americans

Nice. My dealer last weekend also showed me similar information on his computer, including interior pics of the different trims. I did not get a copy. I do not see anything in this document about the 360 camera or a heated steering wheel. As well, if you do not want the racer amg designo red seatbelts and red stitching, you need to go with leather. Alternatively, the pics I was of the leather did not have any red seatbelts or stitching as an option.

No specific details. It was mostly features and pictures like the "what's new" document linked to in this thread, but with more pictures. For example, it showed all the rims available (18" rims look like the current 18" sport package rims - 19" in a few different styles of painted black rims), interior pics (artico with red striping but leather looking quite conservative monotone), etc. However, this was not a detailed order sheet. I was looking at getting a C400 at the time, so I was not really paying that much attention. I like a sleeper car and the C400 fits the bill; the c450 does too, except for those loud seatbelts! In the end, I need to decide if I will wait for the C450.

No pricing yet - probably August by the time they get pricing. No idea on heated steering wheel but I've heard it's coming - although it's not mentionned as a standard OR option in the order guide...

Did I read this correctly? Standard is ARTICO Leather? No standart real leather? That is totally absurd at this level and at this price.
Also how can this car only achieve 0-60 of 4.9sec. with 362hp and that much torque. Both BMW and Audi achieves that manufacturers mark and better in magazine testing with less hp and torque. Either the transmission is killing the power, gearing is killing the 0-60 or MB is the only one assessing the hp and torque correctly while everyone is under reporting the specs.

i personally am not really of the part, that the mbtex or whatever is pretty decent not to mention easier to maintain so if i get to choose leather or mbtex well i'd rather have a choice

No pricing till August? Shouldn't the 2016s go into production in July or is the C450 going to be later than C300 production?

The Canadian C450 "What's New" guide didn't mention a heated steering wheel, although the C300's did.

@palindo7 Hi Paul. The C450 AMG comes with a flat-bottomed race inspired wheel. There is no heating option on that.

They should have left C400 around. With 335xi and S4 (although pretty bare) starting at $55K. I can't see the base C450 deviate too far from that or there will be a huge price gap between C300 and C450.

No need really for the C400, as the C450 in the USA is not much more expensive than the C400 was. Actually, a fully loaded C400 is very close in price to a C450 with about the same equipment. The slight increase in the base price of the C450 is offset by the additional standard equipment. I'm hoping that the same will apply here in Canada
