good afternoon
i needed a helping for you, I have a Mercedes W205 c where I was online command stolen, I bought another in a crashed car but now need the code to be able to configure it on the Mercedes star program, can somebody help me if i send to you the number of radio or chassis Number can you give me the code to configure it?

I leave in Portugal, the dealer says to me its not possible. only if i buy a new one. this one costs 1250€ the new on 3000€.
i kow its possible but i need the code.
the car dont have insurance to theft.

A brand new c class with no theft insurance???
the dealer might be able to help you with the code also instruct them to register your old comand as stolen so someone buying a stolen comand can't get it to work.

Most (all?) aftermarket Comand Online units are stolen units so I understand the Mercedes dealer is not willing to activate it...
On my previous Benz the Comand Online was stolen but my insurance took care of it.

Why would you not insure the car for theft ???
As above.. I bet a "lot" of the screens on the used market are stolen. Fair enough breakers will get some, but if you look at their stock levels i bet they dont as many as some non breakers!

You have my sympathy but, even if the code could be "looked up", you will appreciate that it is not sensible to be supplying this kind of thing via forums - the easier it is for people to get hold of this secure info, then the more interesting thiese parts become to criminals - meaning we all become more liable to theft of our own property.
