Open the Sun Shade & Pano with One Process?
Is there a way to open the sun shade and pano roof with one operation like pushing the button twice? It appears that you have to activate and wait for the shade to open first before you could push and open the pano roof, don't know if I miss a short cut or something.

Online owner's manual, page 103:
"The panorama roof with power tilt/sliding
panel can only be operated when the roller
sunblind is open."
You do have to pull the controller back past the first stop to automatically retract the shade before the sunroof functions can be used.

I think this is related to the fact that both the shades and the roof have their own motors. In most cars, actually all cars I've ever owned before, the shade is manually operated and just pulls open with the roof. In the W205, the shade has its own power operation which is independent of the roof. Given that there are two shades ... front and rear ... this seems to be the most practical solution.

I assumed the answer was no because of the separate motors, and I was right
Sweet.
I mean, it sucks, but at least my self-reasoning wasn't wrong.. haha

I know I *****ed about this in the past but this two step process along with the key fob's operating distance makes the 'all windows open' operation from the key fob useless (at least for me). The sun shade has to be fully opened before the windows would start to drop which takes way too long. It's quicker to bear the heat and just hopped into the car and open the windows from there. Yea I know, real life problems.
