Is Pano roof worth it?
) with the pano top, and I love the contrast of the white body & black top, and, I wish I was 30-40 years younger, because all the comments from the sweet young thangs that they love the look of the car is something I didn't get with my Opel Manta & 1900
. A few guys comment, but mostly young women. And, I'd feel really creepy hitting up on them after they comment. But, maybe that's why they do, I'm "safe".And, for the heat, I got the 3M crystalize 70% on all windows plus the top, so Memphis in July isn't too bad, now.
pek
now i cant attest for rear head room as ill never sit in the back, but if you have friends or kids that are tall and are always in the back, it might be an issue
or if you dont like to sit low to the ground, it might impede on head room there.
also, if im wearing a sports hat, my hat will hit the roof on bumps. but it's rare and not an issue. the positives far outweigh the negatives
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
BUT, it makes a fantastic difference to the light inside the car, and the looks outside - a "must" now, for me and I was sceptical before the car arrived.
BTW, Xzer0, the pano glass is already dark tinted.
I tinted the whole car with 35% and 20% reflectiveness or something like that.
When I open pano roof shade when its sunny outside, my car turns into a sauna and I feel like the sun is hitting me directly.
How do I know if the Pano Roof is tinted?

I pretty much got the roof by default. I wanted the keyless entry and other stuff that comes with the Premium pack so ended up with it. I;m glad I've got it because it lightens up the interior nicely, which is particularly important when you have black headlining. I don't like how much head room it takes, I'm 6 foot 2 but I have a long back. Even with the drivers seat as low as it will go, there's only 1cm between my head and the roof, and I've got no hair!
