Have you cleaned your wiper blades since you got the car? If not that might be a good place to start distilled vinegar on kitchen roll is a good option and obviously a clean windscreen (Stoner invisible glass) is very good.

Had this issue on my first 2014 E5 50 then I had it on my 2nd 2015 e550 and now I have it on my 2014 E. 63
It's not a defect in fact it's a safety feature designed to make you so angry at the build quality of your car that you stay awake and attentive to the windshield therefore the road, kudos Mercedes-Benz, the best or nothing

Mine do this a little. They seem to do it less now though so perhaps they're just bedding in.
The wiper mechanisms do seem quite flimsy.

OK,The VW Golf Mk7 had a similar problem with there wiper blades {smearing and juddering} there was plenty of posts on the forum about how crappy the OEM Blades were.people had to have the arms adjusted and even new windscreens fitted thats how bad some people were affected by the problem.
Eventually people started changing the stock blades for Bosch Aerotwins which cured the problem, now i don't know what blades MB use or if you can get Aerotwins { just checked can't get them only up to W204 at the moment} but i will keep one eye on the situation for now.

Yes, and there is a special tool to adjust the arm angle ... Apparently not every dealer has this tool

I have this issue
On my C400, the dealer measured and adjusted the wiper arm angles according to the repair order. It helped a bit, but I still have juddering and skipping, even when just using the windshield washers. I read that aftermarket Bosch blades are superior to the OEMs (which I thought were made by Bosch) but I haven't tried this.
