Still undecided on the intelligent drive option. Have about a week to decide on this.

I'm starting to look at winter tire and wheel options.
Has anyone had any success with aftermarket 18 or 19 wheels?
If so can you post which wheels?
You might not need winter tires this year seeing that we've been having an extremely mild winter so far! Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself and it ends up being a blizzard on Feb 20th delivery

If it's the 18" wheels with all seasons, then maybe, but those 19" with summer performance runflats are like hockey puck, useless in the cold.

So with a offset of 45mm it wasn't able to clear the front brakes? I was looking into buy a oem 2014 c63 5 spoke wheel but it has a offset of 45. But I figured the brakes would be the same size if not bigger.

Hey Rinial, I'm also in Toronto and just placed my order for the C450! Could I ask you which dealership you went to and what % they were able to take off as a discount? I'm very curious to know if I got a good deal or not... Many thanks!

Finally found 18" aftermarket wheels that fit the C450. Attached are a few photos, wrapped in Michelin X-ice winters

Hey Autopal, thanks for sharing that. Your aftermarket winter setup looks great! I'm picking my 450 up in the spring, but will definitely have to be looking into winter tires/wheels for next winter as I got the 19" runflats with mine. Could I ask what the make/model of those wheels are that are on your Michelins? Cheers.

Looks good! What are the dimensions of the rims and tires?

Thanks for posting this.

Braelin and Replika appear to be the same company (their websites are identical, etc.).

I was interested in the Replika R170 - available in offsets +32 and +43... The Braelin BR04 (confirmed to fit above) has offsets of +25 and +35. Given that they are the same company, I wonder if the Replika's will fit if it can come in a close offset.

Autopal, which offset did you choose that fit?

Thanks!

+25. The Replika with offset +32 may work, but +43 definitely will not work.

This is the OEM specs for the 18" wheels
7.5 J x 18 H ET33 (front)
8.5 J x 18 H ET49 (rear)

Thanks - I guess the problem with the Replika is the 8.5" width... Probably can't fit an 8.5" up front... The Braelin is 8.0" so that's probably why it clears up front... I'm not 100% sure on this. I would love an OEM look like the Replika's though - hopefully they come out with something soon...

Can I ask what you paid for the Braelins? They appear to be more expensive than the Replika division of that company...

My question is that I have seen many variations of this wheel and I want to be sure of what it looks like before I order. My concern is that with the red stitching in that trim, will this wheel have that small section at 12:00 be in red (as I have seen some pictures with that red stripe)?
On c450 the AMG driving wheel comes full black. The 12o clock is also black but visible. No matter what is the interior package.
I got it on mine and it is amazing : very impressive wheel nice grip and smooth touch. I don't regret the 700€!!! So for 250 dolls no brainer...

Pictures coming Borne? I ordered my Iridium C450 back in early November and its due apparently in 2-3 weeks. I think I've dreamt about it 5-6 times in the last two weeks and can't remember being this excited for a car.

Yes for sure I'll share some pics once it stops raining down here and I can take my Nikon somewhere to shoot.
No one can better understands your excitement believe me. I didn't sleep much the last 4 days not only for the new car but also a new job starting next week... Too much

Here a first snapshot but I will share better pics once done.

I believe it comes with a rear camera only. The 360 camera is a separate option.

Going more or less the same way here. Just got quoted the BR04's @ 265 rear, 240 front, and tires setup staggered 225/45R18 front, 225/40/R18 rear with Micheline X-Ice 3's around 2k all in (CAD).

Any reason to stagger or not? Seems you went all the same? Any buyers remorse?

Thanks,

Pete

Hey guys, just wondering have anyone tinted their windows? If so, what % did you go with and how much did it run you?

Got my car last night

Woke up to this today!
Fortunately I had ordered winter wheels and tires.
For those still looking for a winter setup I ended up with this:

Replika R167 18x8 et32
conti TS830 225/45 all round

Didn't drive much today so cannot comment on these tires yet.

The wheels are listed on the Replika website as Audi Reps.
I'm fine with the look and as long as they do their job in the winter, I'm happy

Nice! Congrats! Can't wait to pick up mine on Saturday Going straight to my local tire shop to get winter tires put on as well. I ended up getting Continental ContiWinterContact TS 830 P- 245/35 R19's all around. They're going on my original rims. Did you get the TS 830 or the TS 830 P? How did they perform in today's winter storm?
