So I took my 2015 C400 4matic to he local track last night.
I have to say, I'm really impressed considering that it is bone stock with only 3000kms/2000miles on it!
1/4 mile in 13.200 seconds at 105.54 mph! 0.055 reaction time. 2.013 60ft.
Basically I disabled traction control, put it in sport + and that was it... A/C was off also. I have the sport suspension, non-airmatic.
Was beating Audi S4s and older BMW M3s... A 2013 Corvette GrandSport went up and pulled a 13.5! No traction I guess!
Considering the quickest I've seen in the magazines was Car&Driver at 13.3, this was a pleasant surprise!
Anyhow, it was funny when the kids said I was the quietest car out there!
Can't wait to actually start doing things eventually, like exhaust, tune, etc.

Its on my bucket list to take it to a track and, yes, it hauls ***. Seeing you're an enthusiast, I strongly recommend the Renntech tune. You can shave 0.6 (12.9)sec and add another 7mph (112) (Gtimer times) at the quarter with a simple reprogram. What is even nicer is that it has zero effect on the cars driving manners of FE. As the AMG "tune" on the 450 its mostly a slight boost increase, however, Renntech rates it a little higher than AMG does. My guess is they are both being a little conservative with their ratings. The renntech boost feels stronger than "just" 50 hp and 55lbs, however, that is their TUV certification. BTW I wouldn't recommended it for the 450 since it would be slim gains for 2000 bucks. However there are plenty of other models with a "400" v6 DELOS engines in the Mercedes lineup that can benefit from it.

Thanks C4004!
The best time I got with my 2011 C63 w/o performance pack was 12.6 and without traction, 12.9 & 13.0. So the C400 is just about there!
As for a tune, I was actually thinking about the PPPerformance Tune which is in this discussion; https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...00-tune-6.html
He's actually run a 12.45 in the 1/4!

Unless you are looking for simply the fastest tune, I would keep in mind driveability. Im sure this engine can be easily boosted for an additional 100HP, however, having done similar max boost tunes in the past I know drivability and FE can suffer significantly from those. I tuned my ecoboost to monster levels but the drive became unbearable with constant wastegate activation and the FE cratered to 7 mpg. Watching it do silly burn outs ***** nilly was cool though

This is hilarious the site flagged *****-nilly. I forget that other anglophones are conscious about their W%LLY
I forgot that I started this with the stock times! Have a look at this! I ran a 12.20 @ 116.89mph!

First, I'd like to thank Jeremy and Rocco from OE Tuning for the phenomenal tune!
Last year, I ran a bone stock 13.20 at 105.54mph and the car had barely 3000kms/2000 miles on the clock...
So last night, with 8000kms/5000miles on the clock,I was finally able to go to the local track to run the 1/4 and all I have to say is that I was both smiling and speechless at the same time!!!
My 1st run was a 12.253 at 116.93mph!!!
My 2nd run was 12.200 at 116.89mph!!!
I knew the car would be quick and I figured I could keep up with a new C63, but according to this car and driver article, I'm as quick as a new C63S with 503hp!!! http://www.caranddriver.com/comparis...e-specs-page-5
OE Tuning, Thanks for over-delivering!!!!!
All it has is a tune!!! Imagine with an exhaust and air intakes!
Next step, dyno run!
Here's the time slips and I'll try to post the video also!
