12/2015 manufactured 2016 C300 remote start is sketchy at best, but I've just observed that when it's really cold here in the NE the app doesn't work from around 6:45AM to ~9:30 AM EST. Hmmmm, how coincidental is it that this time frame seems to sync with the morning drive time. I submit this is a bandwidth issue but of course mbrace comes up with all kinds of BS that has no relevance to why the app fails to communicate with the vehicle (the error message says that). "Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working toward a solution." How much of a solution can there be when the whole thing runs on 3G wireless network technology? Which mbrace, of course, blames on MB itself as the decision maker for using 9 year old technology. Even Chevrolet uses 4G LTE.

I Have a 2020 Mercedes C300. Merceds stoped using Mbrace service 3 G. They are using Their own App Mercedes Me Connect 4 G. This service is 100% better then Mbrace. App always works, Remote start always works, You can even change car setting using app,

Edit: What I mean is a straight 3g to 4g radio module swap that only upgrades the cell service and does not include a kit for remote starting etc. This would allow early W205s to stay connected when the cell carriers drop 3g later this year/early 2022.

It is possible with their devise which has drone mobile which is a app that locks,unlocks door, open trunk, and remote start, app even shows you status of car locked, unlocked, trunk open hood open, car started. I have used this system on my Mercedes Benz cars, much better then mercedes Benz app..

i read the installation instruction, it needs to solder a wire to the Mercedes board,
i just nervous the installer screwed it up and fried the Mercedes board.
