The Mercedes dealership I go to is brand new...and has a brand new drive-thru automated car wash (with brushes, not touchless).
I receive free car washes/interior vacuum everytime I bring my Benz in for service, but only when serviced there. The free $25 car wash cards would be used if you just wanted your car cleaned (closed on Sundays).

This morning on my way to work, sitting at a traffic light, a bird decided to use my rear windshield for target practice. I didn't have time when I got to the office to clean it off until my lunch break and while cleaning it, I noticed three little chips in the rear glass. The car is garaged at work and home and has only been on local roads (no highways) in it's first 4 days, so it had to have come like this. I just didn't see it when I took delivery.
Since I've only had the car 4 days, I called my dealer, who asked me to bring the car over if I could and this is why I drive a Mercedes Benz. They came out immediately, met me looked at the glass and without batting an eyelash went and ordered a replacement rear windshield and they'll call me to replace it as soon as the glass comes in. They'll have to re-tint the rear windshield too.
Otherwise, the car is just perfect and the more I drive it, the more I like it.
