Torn between C Class Coupe and Sedan?

I wonder how the trunk space is in the C Class Coupe? Similar to that of the Sedan?
Seeing that I won't ever have to ride in the back seat, I don't really care if it's cramped back there (well, at least until I have a kid and need to make my way back there to strap him/her into their car seat)...but I will have to use the trunk quite often when I take my golf clubs home from the club, pick up groceries, etc. so that's a major sticking point for me.

The coupe has a 400 litre trunk vs the sedan with 480. From what I've seen online the main areas where the 80 litres are lost are from the side (smaller cubby holes compared to the sedan) and curve of the trunk lid on the coupe. The depth appears to be the same and the seat fold-down feature helps the depth. I hope to finally see one tomorrow or day after to have a definitive comparison of the 2 because I have same concern with luggage and bags for work.

Haha true, the trunk space is also discussed somewhere in the middle/end. You see some differences. Trunk space for C coupe is 80 liters smaller.

Hey guys, I am looking for some advice. I am currently have the same problem really torn whether to get the c200 coupe or the c200 sedan with the night vision package(both new)? Thing that I like about the coupe is it's brand new model! What I like about the c200 sedan is the practicallity of the car and I saw one yesterday with the night vision package in polar white and it looks really cool! But I heard that in 18 mths the sedan is going to get a new facelift. Price is only 5k Aud different (coupe more expensive). Any recommendations? Thanks

Aside from it being new, there's something lacking in the coupe. Not just the C, I felt the same way about the 222 S Coupe. Something about the design that makes the sedan look cool but doesn't translate into the coupe. I saw two in the flesh at my dealer (corporate cars, not for sale) and I had the same reaction. Cool as hell from the A pillar forward. B pillar back, not so much.
I guess the question is, if neither car was newer, just apples to apples, which gets to you more?

I considered waiting but after have C Class coupes in the past I am over the inconvenience of carrying pax in the back. We never plan to have children but when driving friends of colleagues it's extremely annoying.
That said, the coupe is a very sexy vehicle.

Maybe they will come up with a "scoupe" or "coudan" eventually, maybe one with a suicide door...

So I have had a look at the two and decided to go with the new coupe, I got quoted drive away price of $74K AUD with the Vision Package basic polar white c200. Do you think it's fair assumption that I will lose 45%-50% in depreciation 3 years down the road? I am planning to drive less than 10K annually.

I am trying to workout if I am better off going in with a 3 year agility program, I've worked out my total cost of the agility program over the 3 year will be $39K AUD (I will put in $15K deposit), based on the $39K my depreciation is 53%. Or if I buy outright then I am not quite certain of how much will I be able to get considering the warranty will be finished and the car will be 3 years old and the economy outlook isn't looking great either.

The Agility program is designed to benefit MB Financial Services not you. You're effectively rented the car. If you return it and don't pay the residual they know you're likely to buy another Benz.

Well because I know I will going to change the car in 3 years - so 'renting' the car is not a bad option. I see it as paying off the depreciation over 36 mths compared to getting it in one lump sum if I was to buy the car outright. I guess my question is, am I being too conservative to think that I will only get back $35K Aud for the c coupe 3 years from now?
