I've tried searching the forums but can't find the answer to my question. Would the 2016 C63S 19" multipoke wheels fit the C450? Do I need any spacers? If so, which ones?
I believe the size for these wheels are as follows:
19x8.5 et38 with 245/35/19
19x9.5 et56 with 265/35/19
If anyone can help me out. Much appreciated. Thanks

Like you, I'm also wary of running spacers. I don't want to risk damage to the car in any way

run 5-8mm spacer in the front with a 235/40/19
run a 5-8mm spacer out back with a 265/35/19
you'll need extended lugs. the rears don't need a spacer but the front will be aggressive - so for the front and rear to match - you'll want the spacer in the rear as well.
You can run a wider tire in the rear (up to a 285 - albeit a bit bulbous) but I chose these tire sizes so that the rolling diameter stays the same front to rear and the stretch of the tires on the wheels will be identical. You'll also get 1% taller sidewalls that will help fill the fender gap in and give you a bit more cushion.
I'd probably get a 5 and 8 set of spacers and play around with the look. I am guessing 5 upfront and 8 out back is going to be the best.

I bought 8,5 x 19, but the front tire did not fit.
Then I made the rims 1 inch narrower, and now it fits great.

Hello. I currently own a c400 and wanted to get your opinions. Im currently looking fot a set of wheels that are 20x8.5 et45 front and 20x9.5 et45 rear. I know these wont clear the front end of a c450 but this set should be perfect for a c400 right? Would either the rear or front poke at all? And also in regards to the tire sizes, i wanted 245 35 20 in the front and 285 30 20 rear since i didnt really want to compromise the ride quality with 20" wheels. I know the fronts will be fine but what about the rear? Will i have any problem with rubbing anywhere? Ive seen a lot of you guys running 245 35 20 front with 275 30 20 rear but 285 30 20 is basically identical to 245 35 20 and i didnt wanna risk the 4matic system at all, even though the difference between 245 35 20 and 275 30 20 is minimal.
Thank you in advance!

20 x 8.5 - 245 30 20
20 x 10 - 275 30 20
Not sure I like the black wheels may paint silver or get a new set. Lowered on H&R springs, surprisingly rides very well

Been thru this entire thread and still can't make my mind up on aftermarket wheels.
I want to stick with 19s, stock suspension but wider rear track... avoiding spacers if possible. My car is black so something in anthracite might work well. Was looking at TSWs... just need to find a dealer here in Austin.
I bet you someone has the perfect setup and hasn't posted on here yet.
