Word is the front splitter is three pieces that snap into the bumper, and can be removed by accessing the tabs from the inside of the bumper and releasing them. I'm going to give it a try tonight and I'll report.

I went under the car today, I noticed a few clips but wasn't able to get it unclipped. I suspect i might need some tools.

Same here. There are some large, obvious tabs but they don't seem to move if you move the splitter. I thought I also felt tabs deeper inside (closer to the splitter) but the space is too tight to see or feel how to release them. The rep on here from Carlson said they had pulled some. We need to hunt him down and see if he can give more guidance.
