Traffic info on COMAND online navigation(Canada)

Traffic info on COMAND online navigation(Canada)
Hi guys,
Today I have noticed my navigation has live traffic builtin onto the map. I lived in Canada, this is something new! Never seen it since owning the car in late 2015. Does other Canadian owner has traffic info on their COMAND system?

Was it instant or had you been driving for a while before it appeared?

My traffic info is provided via SiriusXM. You should get free 3 month trial. I had to call SiriusXM to activate it when I got my C450 last month. Not sure why it would suddenly be active on your vehicle, maybe they activated your trial as some sort of promo?

I noticed the same thing yesterday.. I suddenly had traffic showing on my screen (COMAND). I cancelled Sirius after the 6 month promo, so I'd be surprised if this is a Sirius thing.
But I only seem to get traffic on the highways that run through Ottawa... it doesn't seen to show traffic on main streets. So, whatever it is, I'm VERY NOT impressed. If not Sirius, could this be the FM based system my Garmin uses?
