I know palladium was discontinued, but steel gray seems to be gone too.
It doesn't seem to be available on the builder for the USA c300. It looks like selenite is the successor to palladium, but what about steel gray?

I'm not sure about the C-Class, but steel gray is definitely not on the 2017 E-Class order guide.
Shameful to delete such a nice color. . .

Steel Grey is gone on the MY 17 C Class, replaced with Sellenite Grey. Fair trade, IMO, both great colors.

I have Palladium (thought Steel Gray was a little to dark, Iridium too bright) and I've seen Selenite in the flesh. Really nice color.

Thanks to my neurosurgeon having a really bad day last May, the best I can manage is a slight boner.

I had spec'ed steel grey on the dealer order guide for my c350e whihc was built, but when mercedes posted the model on the usa website it was no longer a listed color. Sometimes on spec cars they will still allow to order paint not listed apparently.

..considering Steel Grey was the dark grey, that's pretty much what this entire thread is about.Originally Posted by xgman
No dark gray of any kind is listed in any of the USA C models anymore.
