If you simply want to paint the rockers, that’s an easy enough DIY project. It will cost under $100 and take less than a day. Automotive touchup (automotivetouchup.com) sells everything you’ll need. They use factory color codes and their paint matches. If you’re meticulous, no one will be able to tell the rockers have been re-shot.
If you’d prefer to pay someone and you’re in SoCal, I can recommend someone who’s repaired two cars that I’ve personally seen. Before / during / after photos for one of the cars can be seen here. I know the guy who owns the car in the photos and you cannot tell it’s been fixed. The repair guy comes to your house or job and does the car there.
The last alternative is a bodyshop. I can't recommend any body shops, but I can tell you a bodyshop is the most expensive route.
