update, to address the shifting issue which is why the cars been at the dealer for almost a month. they replaced trans parts didnt help, so they replaced the entire trans and fly wheel they say it doesnt having the harsh shifting between 3rd-4th anymore also the car wasnt sending enought trans fluid. i also had 2 curbed wheels they said for my constant issues with the car they will replace all 4 wheels and tired for me at no charge so i will just be picking the car up when its ready and see what happens

I have gone through a 2015 C300 buyback recently. OP's number doesn't add up and out of pocket seems to be way too high in a corporate buyback. Or maybe OP wasn't lucky and got a bad deal from MB.
However, I agree that two consecutive W205s can be lemons, and I won't be surprised.

like i stated earlier im not to familiar with the numbers the car was a gift but they for sure low balled us on the wear of the c400 of something because we did have to put 10k on top, also i think i said in an earlier post the 450 was 1k more then the 400 it was actually a little more i believe the msrp on the 400 was 62-63 450 was 65
