I think it has a lot of potential, but it is clearly not fully cooked yet.
-Touch ID works, but then you have to login anyway. Useless feature!
-"Stay logged in for 120 days" does not work at all. Useless feature!
-Can't locate my car 99% of the time. Almost useless feature!
-Send to Benz works.
-Have not tried remote start or lock/unlock.
There are simply way too many bugs and issues for this to have been released. I am a bit shocked (I know I shouldn't be) that this is the app Mercedes releases for their cars.
Oh I almost forgot; when I went to set it up and had to authenticate with MBRACE, I tried choosing both SMS and Email and neither worked. But somehow I still got into the app after that.

I use it regularly.
Great if you have an address and share it with the app. Then you can pick it up in the car when you take off.
It reminds me when the car is unlocked.
It gives me on weekdays an estimate of the travel time to work.
Unfortunately it is not able to access the plugin hybrid functions like charging management and preconditioning. For that I use the webapp.
It is not always that stable but it works for 90℅ of the time.
I don't have all the bad experiences all the others report.
Maybe it's more stable in Europe.

2015 Mercedes Benz C250 Coupe
I use it, but I find it's not very helpful for some things. Like a previous poster stated, mine can't locate my car most of the time. I have a 2015 model C250 so, the remote start is not available on the Mercedes Me/MBrace app...which aggravates me to no end. IMO, for as much as you pay for ANY MB, you should have remote start. Heck, A KIA has it! Rant over. Sorry!
