South Florida MB service
Does anyone know a good MB service center in South Florida?
My MB dealer (Coconut Creek, FL) is part of AutoNation and they provide AutoNation quality service....in other words, it really sucks.
The service people are bitter and unprofessional.
I bought an MB for quality and quality service.
Does anyone recommend any South Florida MB service centers?
I am also looking to lower my suspension.
How and where can I get this done without voiding the warranty?
Thank you in advance for your help/ideas.

I work at MB of Miami in north miami, you could give us a shot, but I'm a tech so I can't promise you that you will like the service advisor you deal with, everybody is different.
As far as lowering, that's not gonna be easy to get done at a dealer, or are you looking for a private shop? I work on my off days at a place in pompano not far from the MB dealership up that way, we could take care of your suspension needs.

MB of Ft. Lauderdale is reasonably good for a Mercedes dealership. I have been going there for twenty years, and they have gone through periods of awful service in the past, but seem pretty good now. The only problem is that they take a long time to fix your car. It is seldom done in one day. That's not a big problem for me because I bought my MB there, and they supply a loaner or free rental car. Sadly, no MB dealer gives you service like Lexus...

I live in Broward but I bought my car from Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables because I got a good deal there. Plus Coral Gables is one of the few dealerships that is not part of Auto Nation. I've been going to MB of Coconut Creek for all of my services plus they give you free car washes. My SA is Mary and I've never had any problems. My only issue is that for years they've always been open on Sundays and that's when I typically made my appointments. They recently decided to close the service dept on Sundays.

Thank you all for the responses.
I also noticed Lexus gave better service. I asssumed they were nicer to women than men.
ItalianJoe1, can I get more info on your Pompano shop?
Have a nice weekend!

I second Mercedes Miami. Guys are good. And even though auto nation owned, service all around is good. With a lot of the guys being car guys makes for a better experience. I say this cause if you like what you and you have a passion for what you do it shows. I agree with Italian Joe choose your advisor carefully. It makes a big dif.

Yes, I unfortunately understand the service advisor makes all the difference.
My first few were wonderful. But they all moved on to better jobs.
You all are saying that I can "choose" my advisor....wisely.
Since the word "wise" and me are seldom used in the same sentence, how would I go about choosing a SA?
How do I know which one's are good and which one's to avoid?
CO2010 mentined Mary...she's nice and pleasant.... but doesn't know much about the cars...and fails to follow up with promised emails....so, I'm not sure which is better....
