Why Mercedes does not go after them, I do not know.

I'm not so sure about that whole "Hyundai and Kia have better setups". Our Kia Uvo service requires it to be hooked up via USB to work, and remote start is not an option.

No, not until 2016 and then Mbrace does not start the car 75% of the time. Mbrace is a Verizon supplied service(no one tells you that's) and it does not work well. Read the app reviews to confirm my findings.

I recommend the app, warms/cools car and warms up engine when you're leaving the house.

Same here, no issues with the app...you just have to be aware of all the provisos that prevent the car from starting.

Had a problem today, but I called M-Brace and they said my system wasn't activated and that I had to call from the i button in the car. They activated it and said it should work, don't know why it worked before. As long as it works now.

I've had no issues using the Mbrace app to remote start my 2016 C450, but recently I received a message on the Mbrace app stating the app will no longer be supported, and to download the new Mercedes me app.
So I did, and I selected the option of logging in using finger print ID, but the finger print login doesn't even come up when I want to login...I have to keep using my username/password to access the app.
