2017 C300 does not come with air fragrance bottle
Need some info please. Just bought a new 2017 C300 coupe with P3 package and has air fragrance option but dealer says C class does not come with the fragrance bottles any more. Dealer say E class and above includes sample bottles.
Any truth behind this statement? Anyone with 2017 C300 that came with sample perfume bottles?
Reading 2015 thread say it comes with it and not sure what is correct.

Thanks for the info. I already checked truck area and could not find it which is why I asked the dealer.
Delivery service was not good. It is also missing Keyless-Go button as well. I am wondering what else supposed to come with the car and is missing. Found the First Aid kit, cargo net, two emergency vest, and wheel lock key.

Hey everyone,
My first post here.. I just bought my first Mercedes after a string of Honda Accords. I got the Fireside bottle and a small pack with samples of all four fragrances from the dealer. I was told it comes standard with all new C300's.

Thanks for the info. I've called the dealer for two missing items which is Keyless-go plug in module which they said it will be available but still no response on missing fragrance sample and the first perfume bottle. The salesman is newbie for sure as he didn't know anything about MB.

My experience with the dealership is very poor. It was sales manager who insisted that C class does not come with sample and first perfume bottle. Only E class and higher comes with it. The newbie salesman had no idea when I asked the question. LOL

Issue finally resolved after speaking with dealership GM and the first bottle of my choice ordered. Apology from the dealership and MB accessory worth $200 was given for the trouble.
