Thanks for the help everyone.
Last piece is tire size...
Based on pics and research I've done, this is what I'm thinking...
Fronts
19x8.5, 225-40-19. I don't want them to be really stretched, morlim pics above look good to me, and most other pics I found online, other options is 235-40-19. Concerned with the higher tire height in the larger size.
Rears
19.9.5, 255-35-19. Seems like a safe choice. No brainer on the rears.
For tires, I'm between the Toyo Proxes 4+, or the Yokohama Advan sport AS v405. Anyone running these tires?

It's AWD so you want to be sure you keep the rolling diameter of the wheels on each axle within 3% of each other (front vs rear). There's a calculator at www.1010tire.com that let's you play with various tire sizes and reports the variance in rolling diameter.

Do I need hub centric rings for these wheels? I got them mounted, but there is a slight vibration that I can feel. Doesn't feel like a constant vibration, or one that increases with speed.

No, they have the correct hub bore. Have the shop retorque the lug bolts to MB specs. If it persists, rebalance (road force Balance) and have them measure run out as well.

I've got a torque wrench, what should be torque be set at?
Should I loosen each nut, then torque to spec? Can I do it without jacking up the car?

W205 C250 AMG Line
Hi guys, I'm looking at fitting C63 rims on my current ride - W205 C200 AMG Line.
Current setup (original from Mercedes W205)
Front: 225/45/R18 - 7.5j x 18 ET44 (5X112)
Rear: 245/40/R18 - 8.5j x 18 ET49 (5x112)
New setup (ordering C63 rims)
Front: 245/40/R18 - 8.5j x 18 ET38 (5X112)
Rear: 265/40/R18 - 9.5j x 18 ET56 (5x112)
Would it fit perfectly? Based on various offset calculator tools online, the inner sidewall to the suspension and frame for the rear is 0.68 inches closer, as compared to stock.
