W205: Power Drain?
After owning the car for 4 months, a few days ago there was this message on the instrument cluster " Start Engine, Check Owner's Manual".
So I unplugged all accessories and left the car idle for 10mins which then the message disappeared. The next day, I stopped using the Sports+ mode and went to comfort mode and plugged only the dashcam and it seems to be working well till I reached home after work and now same message appeared.
I switched off some features (delay timer on lights when switched off, proximity detector) in the car and left engine idle 10mins and the message went off again.
What is puzzling is I had all accessories and using Sports+ for weeks before this happened. So I am stumped by what is the cause.
Anyone with such an experience and solved it?

I had this problem too. Dealer scratched head, charged the battery overnight and changed the front signal acquisition module (SAM) under warranty which was the only thing they could find out of specification. That sorted it. However I've noticed my ecostart system never really works..one of the enabling parameters is battery voltage too so I'm not really sure it is isn't battery related in some way..although the the dealer said the battery is fine.

I have this too. Although mine started with an error message to pull over, put the car in park and leave the engine running. It also had the battery icon.
It's at the dealer now to look at. A previous thread said it might be a loose battery cable.

The battery drain problem seems to have gone away, at least today. So I am connecting the accessories back one by one and see which is the cause. I have only used the Sports mode during this test. At least the car is drivable in a more responsive mode.
Interestingly, the car seems to be switching off the engine at stop lights. It's probably because it's off the Sports+ mode. I really guessing here.

Stop start does not work in sport +. It only works in eco, comfort, and sport. You can set up individual setting for it to be turned off also.

The low battery message returned.
The car features which I switched off seem to be on again on its own so I have switched it off again. Odd. Still driving Sports mode.
This thing is really annoying.

The interior motion sensor does not stays off even if you switched it off in any driving mode. so it has to be manually turned off.
The dashcam has been switched to driving mode only to isolate it and test which device is draining the battery. Today, I have also switched off bluetooth.
The drain issue is back. I am still trying to figure out which feature is sucking in so much battery.
