Suspension, i have the standard run-flats. Sometimes Accord feels better than the C300

It's a combination but the run flats, especially the 19", play a major role. The C300 (unless it has AirMatic) has a passive steel suspension that's very firm. Your C450 (and the C63)got an active electronic suspension with variable damping.
