C300 Coupe Experience?

Hello everyone. I'm looking at picking up a moderately optioned c300 coupe to add to my rotation of dailies. I truly like the styling of the new C coupe which is why I'm considering. I was considering the new 18 e coupe but at almost twice the price, and for daily driving purposes, I (in my opinion) would be mad to not get the c coupe while getting the style and comfort I want. Don't need c43 or c63 power, the 4 cylinder makes more than enough power for it's purpose.

My question is, any issues with the c300 coupe for anyone out there?

Will be getting it spec'd just like the pic below. Love the blue + 19" AMG wheels and will probably have to look hard or even custom order because I'm pretty set on Blue on Red cranberry leather.

TIA

W205 new C is indeed a beautiful car, which ever spec you choose, you will be making a great purchase. Main problem I can think of is, W205 is prone to interior rattles, squeaks & noises due to some cheap plastic & poor design. I have a 2015, but I still hear some '17 owners complain, so not sure if MB has fixed all of the issues.

This is my two cents & good luck with the purchase!

2017 C300 Coupe, 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T
Got the C300 coupe for a year and love it. Cane from two BMWs (325 and Z4,) and haven't looked back. This is a very solidly built car that gives the right amount of combined luxury and performance for its price. As it is made in Germany and not the US (like the sedan,) I feel that it just a better made car without any rattles. Only complaint is that the wipers chatter (standard complaint for C300) and that its Burmeister sound system sucks. Otherwise, as said: "Love it."

C300 4matic Coupe
I have a 2017 C Coupe with 4 can. 4matic. Car drives great has a lot of power due to turbo. Ride is very comfortable. Interior is well made no cheap plastic parts, no rattles, since this car is made in Germany. I would go with the C Coupe rather then the E Coupe.

Being built in Germany is no guarantee of better build or QC. My car is built in Germany and has had numerous build issues.

Theyre likely comparing with the sedan which is built in the states. It is however nicer to know the car is actually made in a german plant.

Not to mention that you can actually pick it up in Germany! When I was buying my first Mercedes, the MBUSA European Delivery Program page began with the words, "Few things compare to the thrill of driving your new Mercedes-Benz out of the factory." (You can tell that I saved those words!) For me, that was absolutely true. The delivery floor of the Kunden-Center (Customer-Center) in Sindelfingen is a vast space. When the giant doors marked "Ausfahrt/Exit" glided open and I drove out onto the on-ramp to the Autobahn, with my bride of four years next to me, I learned what those words meant. So I was bitterly disappointed when I read that the new C-Class sedans were going to be made in the U.S. However, you can still get a C-Class coupe in Germany and drive the German roads.

Yes, my wife is German, so I was already used to traveling and driving in Germany, including the Autobahns. No, you should not indulge your fantasies of taking cellphone video of your speedometer at 200 kph (125 mph). Your car will be new, and your owners manual will recommend limiting your speed to 100 kph for the first 1000 kilometers or so. (You do respect the German engineering you paid for, don't you?) And the left lanes of the Autobahns are not for the inexperienced. (Of course, you are proficient at handling a car you have never driven before, at speeds over 100 mph, aren't you?)

You can save a flat 7% off the MSRP, and the destination charge of $925 is also waived. You can find the rest of the details at European Delivery Program.
