Axles clicking on turns from stop??
Tek Tek tek sound. Its very likely the CV joint(s) on your front axles-AKA half shafts. If so get both changed under warranty (assuming you are under warranty). Might be a TSB, haven't researched it... Had to share.

I'm having the same issue currently. The dealer said they were aware of the issue and it's a frequent problem in the C Class. My loaner car does it too. Mine clicks and also vibrates when turning from a stop.

There is a bulletin, for the front axles, up to a certain point in production. Yes you change both if the car qualifies and has the noise issue, it's just noise, no other issues with them.

Mine is definitely not just the clicking noise. Mine is also a crazy vibration in the steering wheel...almost like turning on one of those vibrating back massagers for like 2- 3 seconds, then it's gone.

Mercedes Benz of Marin told me they couldn’t duplicate the issue, couldn’t hear it like 3 times each time I went in for service
finally decided to drive 30 miles to a different dealer and just like that axles were changed under warranty.
long story short , don’t settle for “we can’t duplicate the issue” lol actually at one point they told me new parts were ordered and changed ! yet the axles were never replaced.
nice people but what a waste of time lol
