can't download the mercedes download manager

can't download the mercedes download manager
been trying to download the mercedes download manager so i can do a garmin map update..but every time i try to execute the download i get an error message that says the installer file is damaged... does anyone know how to fix this.

What operating system are you using? They recently stopped supporting MacOS and I had to download and install the Windows version on my Windows 7 virtual machine (VMWare). I had no issues using my VM though.

With Adobe Air Installed - 2. with SD card in USB adapter - 3. Win 10 Pro - 4. using Chrome browser - I just downloaded and installed DM 3.0.06 (newest version) - download and installation was in less than 3 minutes.
There are three stepping stones - in specific order - for easy/correct install.
Remove - any of the three items below - or partial items - that you previously installed - do Google search "remove Adobe Flash Player" - then Google "remove Adobe Air" - then remove any "Mercedes Download Manager" . Reboot.
Starting clean ... and from fresh reboot:
1. You need AdobeFlashPlayer to run Adobe Air - download Adobe Flash - NOTE remove check marks to NOT download McAfree AntiVirus bundle: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
1A. Reboot
2. You need Adobe Air installed - note you may need to temporarily disable Anti-Virus as noted on installation notes: https://get.adobe.com/air/
2A. Reboot
