Does anyone know how to remove the door panel trim?

im looking to wrap the piece where you can adjust the headrest and seat. Does anyone know how to remove it? Does you just have to pry it out? Or do I remove the whole door panel? Thanks

Try looking at the install instructions for the ambient lighting. They take the panel apart.
