2017 C300 AMG Package
Post Trunk trim...Blacked out
Hi everyone. I just recently purchased my 2017 C300 and the car has the Night package. I very much like that most of the trim is blacked out but was wondering if anyone knew of any after market trim parts for the trunk trim that is chrome. I already purchased a black hood emblem and can find the C300 and rear trunk logo in black but have no idea on the chrome trunk piece. Does anyone have this in black?....And no I do not want to plasti dip this trim piece.

Please advise and thanks!

Best bet is to get it wrapped, thats what I did with mine. I don't think theres anyone who sells the whole piece blacked out. Heres how mine came out if you were curious of wrapping.

The rear piece is double side taped, heat it up and pull it off and then also just order a new chrome star, take both parts to your local body shop and have them painted in 040 black, then install. When I did mine in Metallic grey the star was easy to break, so it was less hassle to just get a new one to paint, and if you have trouble with the trim part as well, just buy a new one and paint that too...both items are honestly not that expensive, and any good paint shop should have no trouble painting the parts. Hope this info helps.
