Video in motion

i ordered it yesterday and they emailed me a link to download to a disc. I went into my 2010 e350 and put the disc in the CD player, downloaded the info, and it worked. I now have video in motion and I am able to enter an address into the Nav while driving.

I personally got it from Bimmer Guru (google search him). Worked perfect and super easy installation, I can now put movies on in the background for everyone during road trips. Money well spent

Why cant this be done on the user level? I am coming from a BMW and could do all my own coding.
What makes these other users/sellers special that only they can do it and charge so much? Certain software?

i can code VIM but do it with oem mercedes diag tool. can also do pretty much anything else you see on line. i can guarantee it works as i go into your vehicle to code it. and can do it for only slightly more cost and its guaranteeed to work first time.

I have bought the vim from china and try it in many cars that have ntg5.5 and every car the vim is locked even when the car is parked.
I tried to contact them but no answer.
I don’t want to pay anymore for something that am not sure that it will work. So please can someone give something that he try it and i can trust...
Thank you.
A cheaper solution i can use for multiple car..

It’s $199. On their site, if you go to the drop down for “Mercedes Benz I Command Online” and then scroll 3/4 of the way down you will see the online order section with the price.

yeah it’s worth it. I never had an issue with it. It’s good b/c you’ll be able to use the Nav as well while driving. It’s VIN specific, so just give them your VIN#. There are other kits out there that accomplish the ‘DVD In Motion’ as well, but you have to get behind the radio to actually install them.
