New tires on 19 and sport WOW!!!
I cant even begin to say how much better my new Michelin pilot sport 4s tires are than the run flats. Its like day and night. Way less harsh on the road and a lot of grip! Having a sport model I was dreading the ride but these tires improve it a lot. The shop did notice however inflated them pretty high (mid 40s) so it seems I might be able to lower it a bit.

I'm not planning on another set of runflats & am thinking about picking up a spare, in the event of a puncture.
Will any full size wheels clear the Sport pkg brakes & fit in the trunk well? Or is my only option a compact spare?

Duh.
I did this after 3 blow outs within the first 3 months and have never looked back.
No more loud thump or every speedhump or pothole.
I had a full size AMG wheel and spare run flat in the boot but now leave that my home garage and carry a slime kit under the floor.

I just carry a plug kit along with a torque wrench and a air compressor under the trunk, which ive done for all of my cars in the past. I drive 30-40k miles a year and wasting my time looking for a new tire wasnt worth it imo. Finding stock 19 tires in stock is pretty hard and finding tires for my 20s are even harder since im running 245 35 20 front and 285 30 20 rear.
