C200 petrol auto bought new October 2015. Just turned 26,000 miles. Everything still works but there are a couple of intermittent rattles that I have never found in the cabin. Will sell the car when the car turns 4 as I think reliability issues will start to kick in.

Won't buy another one as there is no equivalent now they have dropped the 2 litre engine and replaced it with a hybrid. Also the car is now poor value for money when new.

Hmm, I have a C400 as well. My car definitely does not auto apply the parking break. Guess I should have that checked out. Thanks!

Can you provide more details on the software update? I have a 2015 C400 and it doesn't automatically apply the Parking Brake. I would like this feature as it's a pain reaching that separate switch for the PB.

ohhhh yeah I remember reading about that. It’s the models with artificial leather. Mine’s real, I was just wondering if there was a way to get new ones haha.

My pano roof track broke too but they replaced it after complaining the seals were making squeaking noises, they also lubed the seals which gets rid of it(most likely temporarily) they found then the track was broken and replaced it no questions asked. I had no idea.

I just explained it to the dealer and they looked into it and were able to find exactly what i was talking about. If you're still under the factory warranty, it's worth to mentioning it to the dealer so they can do it for you. It's so much more convenient not reaching for the freaking parking brake button every time.

Unfortunately, I was over the factory warranty (I still have the cpo warranty left though) so MB didn't do anything for me. The quote came out to like 3k and they only offered to shave like 200-300 if i remember right.

2016 C300
Bought at 24k miles June '19, now 26k miles.
No noises or issues. No idea if anything was fixed with first owner as no warranty repairs, if any, were reported in carfax report.
Will probably check everything again before warranty ends. What is this software updates you guys talking about?

My last car was a C300 sedan.

I had two warranty repairs in the 43,000 miles I drove it.

There was a gas smell that was fixed. (I don't know what was causing the smell or what was fixed.) It took overnight to repair.

I had the shade on the sunscreen get stuck.
