there's never any real guarantees with aftermarket stuff lol . I've brought the exact same 2 items from the same seller/ manufacturer and the fit and finish was completely different on both

That seems like BS since the leds are on the board.
The "DRL" appears to be a clear luminescent tube lens that just spreads the led light from the board.
If the aftermarket board fails just reinstall the factory ones.
Mine have been working and bright for over 5 years.

Was able to finally get this MOD completed over the long weekend! Had to essentially take the bumper off, as well as the headlights to get access to all 3 screws behind the module. My fat hand wouldn't fit in the wheel well with the tires on or even turned to 1-side.
All in all, great mod! I can finally say, i'm happy with the way everything looks/goes together!
Had a video to share but the files too big. I'll take some pics later today and upload them for yall.
