I've downloaded all these documents already.
For the "remove_install headliner.pdf" in step 4 we get to "Remove inside rearview mirror (A67)", which is linked to a document "Remove/install inside rearview mirror", which takes to a link to mbwis net which doesn't exist anymore.
There are many other links within the pdf documents for in-between steps.

Type in panoramic repair Mercedes on YouTube.

There’s multiple videos that show you exactly what to do. Pretty straight forward after seeing those. Good luck.

Also, Flyboyusa sells a replacement clips kit that usually fix the issue.

I'm however stuck with the headliner.
I'm trying to remove it, and I removed the interior mirror, the pillars, the roof garb handles, sunvisors and the overhead console.

Now, the headliner is stuck by the sunroof, and I can't figure out what's blocking it.

Anyone ran into this? Or knows what's the next step here?

I made it! I just had to pull around the sunroof a little harder.

I

I got both rails unhooked at the back, and I'm going to tilt them and see if I can remove the interior pieces of the rail and find what's broken. Because from the outside, I can't find what's blocking the mechanism.

Not finding any more information online, I downloaded the WIS software.
it was helpful in figuring out some steps needed.

I was able to take apart the sunroof rail and found the bad piece.

I'm ordering a replacement piece, and will see what happens.

I also need to find which lubricant I should use.

Hopefully, it'll fix it.

Found this piece on the guide rail that was broken. This is what caused the panoramic sunroof to fail.

I'm unable to find a replacement online.

Anyone has an idea?

I ended up needing the two white plastic pieces.
I installed them in the guide rails, and I also replaced the sunroof slider, both purchased from Amazon.
Note that the guide rail sliders were not perfect, and had to manually trim some of the plastic that was overflowing from the plastic mold, and used my drill to make the rear holes on it as the same size as the original sliders, because the holes on my purchased sliders were slightly smaller, due to plastic that was overflowing. The metal measurements were good.

Applied a generous amount of lubricant.

I made a video of the guide rail sliding from open to close position, but the website didn't let me upload the video. The mechanism will first pull the front part of the arms holding the glass, then will pull the rear Arm holding the back. You must have both stages working pretty much.

Once everything mounted, I found out that the Motor wasn't pulling on the guide rails all the way. It was pulling the front part of the glass to close position, but the rear stayed lifted open. In other words, the first stage was complete, but the second stage didn't start.

The difference this time, is that I was able to manually close and open the mechanism all the way (The mechanism was stuck before, due to the broken parts).

Using the WIS Software, I found out that the Motor pulling on the sunroof only has 2 screws holding it.

There are two motors, the one by the passenger side is the one controling the sunroof.

I unscrewed both screws and removed the Motor.
I manually adjusted the metal spring wire that pulls on the sunroof, and placed the Motor, and activated the sunroof a few times. Kept removing the motor and adjusting the metal spring wires, and activating the motor, until I got the adjustment I needed after half a dozen tries.

It's either that, or you take it to the dealer to adjust the motor using the STAR software for $250.

After that, it was all good.

Note that anytime I was activating the sunroof mechanism, I had the 8x screws (4x on each side) that are holding both guide rails slightly loosened. My reasoning is that I didn't want any pressure on the Glass, which could cause it to shatter.

After getting the adjustment I needed for the Glass, and everything, I tightened all the screws holding the guide rails. The screws are located under the roof, and are accessible only after you remove the overhead roof fabric.

I had another issue, while I was happy with the positioning of the guide rails, I tightened the 8x screws holding them (4x on each side), but I applied too much torque with my impact driver. Which caused one to snap, and slightly bent some others.

So, I went to the nearest Mercedes dealer, and purchased: A 176 782 00 60 64 ($40 a bag of 5x screws). I bought 2x packs and replaced all my 8x screws.

This part is found on the w205 coupe model's parts list, but is also the same as the sedan (Every website said that it wasn't compatible with the sedan. That's why I bought them from Mercedes, for about the same price once you count the shipping fees of the websites).

I replaced all of them.

Before mounting the overhead components, I took the car on a test drive to check for wind noises.
I made a couple of adjustments on the Glass height with the front screws, until I was happy with the wind noise.

After that, I mounted everything back.
While mounting the sunvisors, one of the metal clips slipped from my wrench tool, and jumped inside the roof. I used a small telescopic magnet that I had in my tool box, which grabed it, and I gently brought it to the hole. I had a little sweat for that one. Then, installed it.

I drove the car, the panoramic sunroof is now fully functional.

So, all in, it cost me $180 in parts.
$60 Guide rail sliders.
$20 Pack of plastic pieces.
$80 Guide rail screws.
$20 Lubricant

As far as labor, since I don't have a garage, but was using a family member's garage, I couldn't work on the car anytime I had free time. I worked on it on some week-ends. If I had the garage where I live, I would've finished it in a couple of weeks, because I was ordering parts, as I took it apart and found the issues.

If I had all the parts handy, I could do it all in a week-end.

Also, since it was the first time, I had to discover that mechanism and how to get to it.
Now, I know.

I also replaced the Auxiliary battery, since it started giving me the error a few months ago.
I bought the OEM battery for $60.
There is a very good video on youtube made by FCP EURO. I followed it.

Next step, is to vinyl wrap that glass cover on top of the windshield, because even if you replace it, it'll just fade again after a couple of years.

In any case, I'm very happy with the result and glad I avoided spending the $6,500 the dealer quoted me for the sunroof, and the $1,200 for the Auxiliary battery.

After going through all 6 pages, I still cant find the solution to my issue. Only the driver side will tilt up, passenger side wont raise up at all. Other than that the roof will not open all, I even tried to manually open the roof and it doesn't work either. Can someone please assist on how I can get the glass to open so that I can remove it and repair the issue. I have the headliner down and removed the screws that hold the rails, but still cant remove the glass from the car due to the metal rods that are coming from the motors.
