Cool Using chevron techron concentrate plus fuel system cleaner on C300

Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I planned to do a long drive trip from New Brunswick to Ontario and wanted to use fuel additive to clean the engine inside. I have never used this kind of products before on my C300 because I did some researches they all saying MB is sensitive to most of the fuel additives. Until today I read some articles and they claimed to say MB approved Chevron Techron Concentrate plus and wanted to give it a try. So my question is does anyone use this fuel cleaner before? Will it be safe to apply this fuel cleaner on my C300? Thank you!!!!

A gaggle of MB's
Techron is fine - better to use 1/2 bottle Stabil Marine Formula Gas Stabilizer (Blue Bottle) ... Techron is for the injectors...Stabil cleans the whole system..

Just use Top Tier gas (no ethanol) and there is no reason for additives. IMHO

Stay away from Shell and Chevron (non 94) in Canada - they have a high ethanol percentage and will do some wonderful things to your engine and cats. Surprisingly, Esso and Petro Canada are probably your better bets.

One of the best mileage performance i received was after using techron. I've been using Lucas fuel system cleaner. makes the vehicle more aggresive and i recently did a full service. no issues detected.
