Got mine today... product is ok but its without connector so no plug and play at all...
Its not rocket science but on this car I wanted to keep all electricity oem and now ill have to cut my cable tree and add an other connector as I also need to be able to disconnect this thing if needed in the future
it's not that hard to do:
Remove the center console.
Strip some side ambient wires.
Solder on a male JST connector
Add the female JST to the end of your new trim piece.
(That's if you have factory 3 color ambient package)

It was actually a very good quality kit and now much cheaper. The bottom light is a clear tubing, but the top is a frosted white bar. I also had to transfer the metal clips over.
i ordered it. i'm curious because i currently have my OEM alu trim piece with the light tube on my car, the plastic trim that came with it was horrible.
Hope this trim piece is better but the lights already look great
Really like the finished look. Tempted to do this to my 2021 sedan. I have the factory installed 64 color LED system, just wondering if the wiring would easily tap in?

it depends on the seller, but usually they send a plug and play kit with connectors.
Nice... I did this mod on my previous W205. I did connected the above LED as I only wanted the LED to be on the bottom as to allow the AMG badge to stick out more - for my taste.
Can you show me/explain how to connect the passenger side ambient light trim?
