Where are you getting the info that not having the side reflectors is legal? Literally everything I've read states the contrary...

My Depo set is for sale. Just bought it last week when they were released. Going a different route with the car as a whole.

DEPO sells headlights now! But it's only an upgrade option for people with stock Halogen head lights on their sedans:

I literally joined this forum after years of being on just to add onto the new depo headlight unit convo lol. So I got them yesterday and they were packaged neatly. Install took me about 3 hours since I wanted to be careful, once they were actually on I can initially say that they were pretty worth the wait just for those NA orange side reflectors. The only complaint I really have is that there isn't any text in the bottom that says "intelligent led system" like the oem ones. If there's any malfunctions I'll be sure to report back.

Welcome to the Halogen to Led convo Club Jake. Truth is I, like most of us on this thread have been patiently waiting for this day. The day DEPO would come up with a solution to our headlight dilemma and provide another option other than the units out there in the market. I can still find old posts of mine regarding this topic dating back to Sep 2019. So yeah long overdue. Took DEPO long enough since they already had a plug and play option for the taillights going back years now. In any case, these lights were totally worth the wait. I too received my lights yesterday and installed them straight away. I couldn't be happier with the look and again for me worth the money and time. So far no error code, but I did receive a open hood indicator message on my dash today while I was on my way back from running errands.
Funny thing is that on my first leg of my trip no error code then on my way back home I suddenly received the open hood message. Strange to say the least. I'm hoping its the system working out its kinks. Lets see if it returns when I take the car out again. In any case Good Luck with your lights and enjoy, we certainly earned it.

Looks good brother! I am happy you were finally able to come over to the LED side of things. Do you get a blue welcome light with these units?

thank you brother- long overdue but it sure is nice to be on this side of things lol - about the Blue welcome lights. I don’t think so but honestly, I didn’t even notice- how’re your lights holding out? Any issues ?

That's good to hear man. Mine are holding up well, and thankfully I have no complaints.

Thank you for the welcoming! I actually had swapped my halogens out last November for some xenon bulbs which were a solid upgrade for me. Just did this little upgrade because it was finally available and it looked so much better. My thoughts on your hood message is to go ahead and pop it open and close it again maybe that would help. Usually those messages come up for me when I hadn't closed the hood correctly after washing my car. I had gotten the taillights back in May or June and the quality was impeccable. So yeah this was a big win for the retrofitting club haha! Started off modding my car by adding those beautiful ambient lighting in my car. Couldn't be happier.

So is everyone getting these now and are they worth the money? Seems great just wondering about reliability a couple of years down the road.

#1 I just installed these lights only 2 days ago, but that being said, the craftsmanship and overall Physical appearance of the headlight is quite impressive.

#2 easy installation and best of all, no error codes - just make sure you open and close your hood firmly after you attach your battery to
avoid getting the open hood error message -

#3 I wish I knew how reliable these headlights will be for me or you for that matter in the years to come. Luckily for us, DEPO has an excellent reputation and standing and their aftermarket taillights have operated exceptionally. So, I hope to look back 3 years from now on this post, provided I still own my car and say hey, the lights are great, go ahead and and get them. You won’t regret it. At the very minimum they come with a one year warranty

Question

Now that the Depo LED headlights have been out a few years, how are they holding up?
