CPO issues with Dealers. NEED URGENT HELP!!!

So the way it was explained to me at Mercedes was that the car could be on sale as a CPO car. But it's ultimately up the the buyer to buy that CPO warranty. I always assumed that because a car was CPO, the CPO warranty comes with it no matter what. But mercedes barrington told me "Some people want to save 1 thousand or 2, and they knock off the CPO warranty from the car".
To me, like i said, i always thought because a car has been issued as CPO, it AUTOMATICALLY gets the CPO Warranty. But i guess i was wrong with my assumption. Unless someone could find something that states otherwise.

Then, the CPO Limited Warranty provides comprehensive coverage for another 12 months with unlimited miles. To the OP - the seller committed fraud by representing the car as under CPO warranty when it was not. You may wish to file a criminal complaint against them via your local police or district attorney, or consider suing them in small claims court for the cost of a 1 year warranty extension which you should have received.
