confirmed 2 transactions with this supplier in the US for these lights from the same buyer for multiple sets...
I will post an update once I get them everything is right, then I have a solid supplier now that can get them for anyone who wants them.

Haven't received the additional wiring yet, should be here by Wednesday... but gotta decide what I am gonna do. Whether I am gonna keep them and install them or open up a dispute as I have communication showing that they are supposed to be direct plug and play.
A little pissed, but doesn't seem any supplier had these light direct plug and play as they were received by others previously. All sellers appear to have this newer version with the wiring that requires a connection to the battery. I did confirm the seller did sell 3 other sets to US customers (2 sets to 1 buyer) and they all gave good reviews from what I could see... so may end up keeping them and installing em. I will post after I decide what I am going to do.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
As much as I wish I could have gotten the versions others had gotten in the past, it just doesn't look like they manufacture them that way anymore. Appears the only model on these lights requires a wire that runs to the battery based on all of the sources I checked out. I will post pictures later on when I have. a little bit more time.
I had LED bulbs in my halogen headlamps for a couple of months until my 2019-style full LED units came in. The Amazon link for the specific bulbs I bought is no longer valid, but they were very similar to these:
You access the halogen bulbs via a removable panel in each front wheel well. Once the panel is removed, you'll see the circular cap for each bulb recess on the back of the headlamp unit. Unscrew the cap, unclip the old bulb and pull out, then insert/clip the LED bulb in and connect to the existing H7 electrical connector. The only {optional} mod I made was to drill a ventilation hole in the caps before reinstalling to allow the cooling fans on the LED bulbs to expel heat more efficiently.
The added light from the LED bulbs was nice, and I especially liked that they matched the color temp of the DRLs, but the halogen reflectors still prevented the lamps from throwing illumination down the road that was satisfactory for me.
The light produced by the new full LED headlights is off-the-charts better. A literal night and day difference lol

No none at all. For halogen bulbs, the ECU measures the general resistance of the bulb circuit. As long as the LED bulbs have the same general electrical resistance as the halogens did then you should be okay.

It was more of an educated guess. When shopping on Amazon I try to surface the products that have the most and highest reviews, then run each product through a seperate "fake review detector" website to see if the majority of reviews are from actual purchasers or shills of the vendor. A site like this can come in handy for that purpose: Fakespot | Analyze and identify fake reviews
all the orders from this vendor on these headlights have received top reviews(verified). If you want more information let me know.
