AMG diffuser on non-amg rear bumper?
Please note that you will find Chinese products on Ali Express. These products are tailored to fit non amg cars. I chose OEM for quality and because these oem products fit on my car without cutting or drilling.
If you decided to go chinese products on Ali express you will need to see the description of the offered product and make sure to discuss your case with the seller. He might confirm that his product will fit without cutting.
Can you post a picture of your existing diffuser and exhaust tips. Also can you tell us what is your car.

Couldn't really take a good picture of the exhaust as it's hidden behind the diffuser.
so which route do you recommend? Should i just get the chinese one?
Appreciate your help
For example check this seller, his selling the whole C63 diffuser package to fit on non sport ie base models. Why dont you contact him.

Do you want my advise. Sell the 220d and buy a 200 amg line and fit AMG OEM products. Bellow is the C43 facelift diffuser and exhaust tips and rear flaps. I installed them on my C200 amg line.

Did you change the center dash to a carbon fiber one?
How much would a steering wheel like that cost? It looks amazing.
Where did you buy the flaps and diffuser from?
Does that round exhaust tips come with the diffuser?
I have a c400 amg line.
Thanks in advance.
Did you change the center dash to a carbon fiber one? I really dont know what the previous owner did. My guess is that he changed the centre console to carbon fibre as the VIN factory list does not show carbon fibre centre console.
How much would a steering wheel like that cost? It looks amazing. Thanks. This is the facelift AMG steering wheel. Cost is 2500 usd including shipping, and installation. It came with it own airbag and module. The last makes it work on a 2015 model like mine.
Where did you buy the flaps and diffuser from? I got them from Kunzmann.com, they are based in Germany. They only sell oem products.
Does that round exhaust tips come with the diffuser? Yes, they do. I bought them as a package: diffuser + exhaust tips. These are for the facelift C43.
Please note, if your car is an AMG line all of the above products are basically remove and install. No cutting drilling was required.

- Premium/Luxury/Base rear bumper cover (non-AMG/no faux brake vent grilles): Fits all W205 sedan models with any diffuser made for this bumper cover. No modifications needed.

Different exhaust tips may require modifications to the bracket that hold them in place, or a custom bracket from the supplier. The exhaust tips (C43/C63) are mounted to the body of the car and are an independent component from the bumper cover or diffuser. In other words, the bumper cover and diffuser come off the car in one piece, whereas the exhaust tips are bolted to the bracket which is bolted to the car.
AFAIK, the C63 has slightly different body dimensions from the A-pillar-forward only (front fenders, hood and front bumper). From what I've read, it's around 1 inch wider overall and 2 inches longer overall. For body panels, everything from the A-pillar-rearward appears to be the same as any other W205.
Even in my W205 Factory Workshop Manual, the procedure for removing and installing the rear bumper cover is the same for all W205 models. There is one procedure for all W205's which uses the same bolts, screws, expansion rivets and mounting points. An example that the C63 rear bumper cover is the same as all other models can be seen here (same part number for ALL models with Sport/AMG rear bumper cover):

My car (C300) has the Premium/Luxury/Base rear bumper cover. I have a Sport/AMG bumper cover arriving in the next few days. It'll probably be a couple of weeks before I'll have the time to install it (doing it myself), but I will be sure to report in this forum somewhere my experience. Everything I can find shows me it'll bolt right on the same points and I can't see why it wouldn't.
No, it will not fit. The dimensions and attachment points between a diffuser for the "base" bumper and a Sport/AMG bumper are not even close. They appear close to being the same, but they are not interchangeable. If you look at pictures of both bumper-diffuser configurations, probably the most glaring difference can be seen by looking at the placement of the tow hook cover.
Everything came off as one:
