Cylinder 1 low compression

Hi guys, I have a 2015 C300 with 46K miles on it.
I had a rough idle in my car for about 1 week and then my CEL turned on. I verified the fault codes and they were P0301 and P219C. I took it to my mechanic and he diagnosed that I have low compression on cylinder 1 around 60psi which is causing my car to idle rough.
My car is out of warranty right now. Kindly guide me what are my options from here.

Knowing the history of the M274, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say your number one position cylinder has cracked.

Shouldn't your mechanic be guiding you on what your options are since he has your vehicle?
