I started the car yesterday and the engine fault light came on. Car runs normaly, only problem has been that I´m not able to check Adblue level. It has been really cold outside (-5 to -18 degrees) lately and the car battery has been in poor condition.
I took the car to a warm warehouse and charged the battery, but still the fault code list huge and have try to clear them but no success.

Would there be any ideas where the fault is?

You can't delete them because they are not active only pending.

Which OBD tool are you using to clear the codes? and did you clear the codes while the engine is running?

This happened to me after messing with fuses inside the cabin. I missed a fuse putting them all back. Car ran, but lit up like a christmas tree. The fan was running high too. When I got out of the car, the problem was on the ground, a single fuse I missed somehow. Put it back in, and all was well. Guessing you have the same fuse out, that I failed to put in. Hoping it is that simple anyway.

Clear all the codes and rescan after you have driven the vehicle. Based on the errors, it looks like there is an issue with one or more of the CAN networks. Possibly a module, a corroded connector, or a break in the wiring.

You can't remove archived messages if you don't have the right scan tool. You can read codes in most and remove service related codes but you can't remove archived codes. These codes are stored for future reference in the modules however if the car is running normally, you can ignore the codes.
