I have a similar setup (19x8.5 ET45), but I'm lowered 3+ inches on coilovers. On mine, the inner fronts were very close to the upper steering knuckle, so I went with a 5mm spacer to an effective ET of 40. I never drove it at ET45, so I'm not sure if it would have rubbed or not. There are two factors that contributed to my setup being closer to the steering knuckle than yours may be; 1) I'm lowered. 2) I went with 245/35/19 tires because I wanted the little bit of extra width and I prefer my sidewalls to be somewhat square with the wheel. I'm not a fan of the stretched look... just my personal preference.
I think in your case (stock suspension) you'll be good with what you listed, just pay attention to the front-inner clearances with a 8.5 wide wheel at ET45 and go with a thin spacer if needed to push the wheel out a bit.
Even being lowered, no rubbing issues here, except for a very light rub in the rear when entering/exiting parking lot entry dips at a diagonal angle.

You're welcome and good luck! I've found on mine at least, the "goldilocks zone" for offset on a 8.5 wide wheel with 245/35/19's (lowered) is +40ET. Pokes out enough to look good, but not enough to induce rubbing. If you're looking to be "flush", I would think around a 28-32 ET would get that look, depending on the tire size, of course.
Kind of a crappy picture, but this will give you an idea of how a square setup; 8.5 45ET with 5mm spacer (effective 40ET) looks as a side profile. Keep in mind this is lowered. On stock suspension, it will not look as flush as it does here.
