I purchase a NaviFly N8 Plus on AliExpress ( link ) and try to install it follow this video instruction: .
After following all the steps, when I connect all the connectors to the screen, this is the only thing the screen displays and it is stuck on that screen until I turn the car off. I started over the whole process but still have the same problem.

If anyone experienced issues please help me with this. Thank you.

Looks like the screen is stuck in reverse mode somehow. maybe check wiring and factory settings. Contact seller.

I found the problem is that whenever I turn the headlight switch to Auto or headlight on, the screen automatically switch to the original display and stuck in there. If i turn the headlight switch off the screen work as normal. I don't know what is this phenomenon.

I tried to contact the seller but they provide the worst customer service in my life and refuse my return request.

Sounds like a settings or configuration issue. Try the factory settings menu or discord group as suggested.
