After following all the steps, when I connect all the connectors to the screen, this is the only thing the screen displays and it is stuck on that screen until I turn the car off. I started over the whole process but still have the same problem.

Looks like the screen is stuck in reverse mode somehow. maybe check wiring and factory settings. Contact seller.

I found the problem is that whenever I turn the headlight switch to Auto or headlight on, the screen automatically switch to the original display and stuck in there. If i turn the headlight switch off the screen work as normal. I don't know what is this phenomenon.
I tried to contact the seller but they provide the worst customer service in my life and refuse my return request.
