Mine is C200 AMG line 2015. Did it happen all of a sudden? You can either fix it or replace. How about you buy a used part and replace it. I see you live in Dubai? There are plenty of Mercedes shops for used parts in Dubai or Sharjah. Any qualified electrician can replace it. If you don't want this headache you can take to the dealer.

all of a sudden without any notice lol, but I read it requires some programming work . I was wondering if it might be a loose connection or maybe some restart issue.,,
have u experienced the same in ur car?

Nope. Do you know a good electrician because the dealer won't fix it he will ask you to buy a new one.

Sorry to hear about the issue, OP. Was the screen upgraded (optional COMAND) or the standard Audio 20? You don't have to go OEM for that screen you can choose to go with the android powered aftermarket ones with more functionality than the stock one.
Here is an example but I haven't tried it personally yet.

You'd need something like this: https://www.revtronic.com/product/me...epair-service/
Not sure where to look for US based services.

Clearly OP is talking about the instrument cluster not the multimedia screen.

My eyes bypassed the word "cluster" completely

I did just like what you mentioned I installed a 10.25" screen much better then the 7" factory screen.

You could go full OEM parts and retrofit a cluster from a post facelift model but that requires changing over the headunit as well.

To get this slightly more on topic, you could fit a digital instrument cluster to the car, either a W222 one or a Chinese clone like https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001350060538.html

I haven't seen people successfully retrofitting the facelift's digital instrument cluster yet so when you mentioned it I am super curious who successful did it and how was it done if you can please share that would be nice. Otherwise, like you mentioned, aftermarket is the easier way but does the aftermarket one require coding or a conversion module as well?

Afaik the aftermarket one doesn't require anything else. For the facelift one there is a thread (and the specific post) here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...ml#post8363388
