Yo benzdude, you don't need to be so rude. I suggest you focus on the actual facts. You need to understand that posts about the new W206 belong in the forum section that's specifically for the W206. You're posting comments about the new W206 in the W205 section of the forum. The W205 section of the forum is for posts about the W205, NOT the W206. BTW, the W206 will be sold as a 2022 model, NOT a 2021. BTW, if it wasn't for the 190E, there would be no C class.

He’s probably posting here for many reasons, he obviously knows what goes where given he owns a W205 and is very active. The 206 forum is a ghost town and anyway many 205 owners will upgrade to the 206 eventually. He’s probably looking to get a 206 in the future, and as a 205 owner, trying to gauge how people feel about it before hand. I for one love the new C class. Either way there’s no need for anyone to get in each other’s faces.

The W206 forum is very active so I'm not sure where you're getting the ghost town description.. I just posted in it. It's important to maintain the specified forums as the website has laid them out. Any questions about the new not on sale yet in the U.S. W206 belong in the W206 forum and not in the W205 forum. The W205 forum is for questions about the W205.

yeah no, compared to the 205 forum it’s a ghost town. There’s like one or two threads that get any action, and barely at that. If you are this mad about someone minding their own business and posting something they like on a forum, you need to find something better to do with your time. I don’t mind, and neither does anyone else but yourself.

Your rudeness serves no purpose either. FYI, the W206 isn't. on sale in North America yet which is where this forum is based. Furthermore, there's a reason the administrators of this forum split up the forum into sections specifically for each specific model MB has produced. Discussions about the not yet on sale in North America W206 belong in the W206 section the administrators of this forum set up specifically for that new model. The W206 doesn't go on sale in North America until spring 2022 as 2022 model, not a 2021. I'm sure the current posters in the W206 section might've appreciated the points about the W206 made in this thread but they won't see them because they were posted in the W205 section instead.

Who the hell cares... We did the same about the 205 in the 204 section around 2014... Same story in the 207 section talking about the next e coupe etc.
i can onderstand your comment once enough owners are active on the forum you direct them the correct section when they ask support for their model but for this?.. chill out and enjoy 2022

Looks very classy in Black with the Night Package, although if I were spec'ing the car I'd opt for chrome trim just because it would contrast so nicely with the black and those beautiful AMG-style rims. Love that they kept the elegant looks of the 205, but added a bit more aggression.

People thinking about buying the new W206 would benefit from this discussion but they won't see it because it's in the wrong section. This is why I'm making an issue about this. The administrators of this forum set up separate sections for each model of MB so that all of the information for each model will be in the same place.

I prefer it in here, I believe the point is to get feedback from W205 owners regarding there thoughts on the matter since they will likely be the ones upgrading. Its not like this thread is single-handily ruining the website because its about the 206 in the 205 forum. There’s no need to get so upset and overwhelmed. As for the W206 forum, it is dead, the most popular thread there is the custom forged wheels guys who spam advertisements on the forums.

In this case it's fine to keep it in the W205 section unless the op would like it moved. We frequently allow discussions of upcoming models outside of their specific subforum. It appears that the op would like to hear from existing W205 owners.

It's prospective W206 buyers who are missing out on deciding whether they should buy an already available W205 or order the new W206 because they won't look in on the W205 forum. Putting multiple models in 1 forum defeats the point of having separate sections for each model..

Not all prospective W206 buyers will have owned a W205.

I guess reading forum section names isn't one of your strong suits. Lots of prospective buyers come to these forums looking for information about a model they're considering buying. All of that information should be in one place to help them with their model research. I'm all about helping such website visitors as much as possible. Spreading out the information they're looking for over more than 1 forum section makes it more difficult for them.

1 major remark about that... Most people dont even Know what model they have, only that IT is a c class so they go where most Activity is. How many people came in the w204 section talking about a 205 without knowing they are not in the correct section.
You can always point them to the correct section but that shouldnt stop Anyone from having a conversation

He can’t seem to help himself, half his posts are moaning at people to post in the “correct forum”.

Clearly he has nothing better to do.

Okay gentleman, either add to the discussion regarding the new C-class or don't post. I'd prefer to not start deleting comments. Thanks.
